Description (Specifications)
The ship carries enough internal fuel for three jumps. This is an attempt to permit a patrol radius in areas of low stellar density. Streamlined with a needle/wedge hull configuration. It carries 72 tons of fuel and no cargo. These are deployed by the Maujen Defense Bureau.

History & Background (Dossier)
Traditionally, these vessels spend most of their time around merchant shipping. They board and search ships, enforce trade regulations, blockades. They can take quick and decisive action. However, they avoid enemy ships of the line, and conduct reconnaissance missions instead.
