Verza (World) Synopsis

Verza is a low-population fluid world with a population less than 10,000 sophonts in population size.

• It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Khipge Subsector of Zarushagar Sector in the Domain of Ilelish.
• Verza is under the control of the Vengeance Fleet and is used as a rear area supply dump and repair yard.
  • Marines are at the starport and two destroyer escorts provide system defense).

Description

Lucan's forces were invited to the planet by the local government, the Directory, because they wanted to protect their commercial interests and lacked sufficient indigenous troops. The distance to Lucan's power base in Lode insures that Verza is pretty much left to its own devices and Imperial influence remains slight.
