History & Background / Dossier

Valhalla was first settled from the Sindalian Empire in -1407. It joined the Corellan League early, in -1398, but has seceded twice and threatened secession many more times, often precipitating a political crisis for the League.

World Starport

Valhalla has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

World Government

As a full member of the Corellan League, it sends two representatives to the League Assembly, which convenes aboard the Capital Orbital habitat, a station in geosynchronous orbit above Corella.

World Military

The Acrux-class heavy cruiser is the most prevalent capital ship of the Corellan League naval forces. It is produced in large numbers by the shipyards at Valhalla (as well as under license by Jeremiah)
