A Vargr Corsair band to vanguard for the "Destiny Alliance" later named the "Windhorn Alliance" after the coercion of Corridor Depot following the formal surrender and cooperation given by Admiral Andreas Xavier on 171-1118. The surrender was specifically given to Vaenggvae Corsairs leader Nougzoel who demonstrated the least hatred spurred by the Oekhsos Tirades. It was Nougzoel who renamed the "Windhorn Alliance" and was key in separating Deneb Sector from the interior of the Shattered Imperium.
