Uurku is a world suited to becoming an agricultural world, but with a population between 10,000 and 100,000 sophonts, but lacks the capability to produce or process sufficient resources to export its projected agricultural produce. This world is a satellite of a gas giant or another planet in the system. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Arnakhish Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Uurku, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estates of an Imperial knight and a baronet. Both are members of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. This is the homeworld of the Ashdak Meshukiiba, a Minor Race.

  • During the Long Night this world was named Ariir Giind.

Astrography and planetology

The world is a satellite of the innermost gas giant Stayla. Uurku appears from the available geophysical and planetological evidence to be a fragment of a larger body. Scars on the surface of the other satellites of Stayla seem to indicate a multiple collision, possibly from a body that wandered too close to the gas giant, was struck, then broke up under the massive tidal forces.
