Individually. the system of Ushra is important, having had a major effect on the political structure of Dagudashaag since the middle of the Long Night - at its height (at about -300 to -120) the Ushran Empire covered two-thirds of the present Duchy, plus part of neighboring Zeda Subsector. The subsector as a whole is now important, as a communications link between Medurma and the subsectors of Minu and Zeda.
