Ushiik is a high-population world with a billion or more sophonts in population size.

• It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Laraa Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector in the Domain of Vland.
• About 90% of the population is composed of baseline humans and other non-human sophonts.
• About 10% of the population is composed of Bwaps.

Description (Planetology)

Ushiik is the rice basket of Laraa subsector; it provides the main source of rice for not only much of the Core Sector markets but also for a greater part of the Imperial Navy emergency rations.

• The climate of this world also appeals to Bwaps and a large colony has established itself on the south polar continent.
• As yet the Bwap's have had little effect on the planetary government, but may change as the Bwap population grow.
