The Urpayans are a human Chimera native to Urpa (Dagudashaag 2505). Urpa was settled during the Rule of Man by the same genetic engineering company that created the Scanian. Urpa was not a secret base, but the only knowledge of the origin of the race exists in deep within the Urpayan sacred temple, in a sealed genetics laboratory.

The first Urpayan were created sterile. Before the the company left a decision was made to make the final generation (who would be staying behind as caretakers) fertile.
