- Turin was originally settled by Roman Catholic religious émigrés from Terra (Solomani Rim 1827) just prior to the Third Interstellar War. During the Long Night the faith slowly fissured into distinct denominations, of which the most significant are the Church of the First Cross and the Solomani Catholic Church.
