Description (Specifications)

The Tozjabr (literally, ‘the eye and the hand’) is the Zhodani Consulate's primary intelligence and covert operations agency.

Decalogue of Tozjabr

Decalogue of Tozjabr - (non Canon).

1. Our work is for the good of society as a whole. They say we are heroes. We only sacrifice ourselves for our families and our people.
2. The Tozjabr is my house. I left my family to be received by the Tozjabr. My Team Leader takes care of me. My Chief of Operations takes care of everyone.
3. My recruits are my responsibility. Their loyalty must be unbreakable. They help me with vigilance and my discretion.
4. I will inform my Team Leader of the progress on the agenda. I will request authorization to act outside of it.
5. Anonymity is 100% of my instruction. That will be my guarantee when I am deployed. I will use the disguise and the documentation that each case requires.
6. My body is physically and mentally prepared for action. I do not doubt. Emotions are obstacles. I'm firm. I'm trained I do what needs to be done.
7. If I am captured, I do not reveal my identity or my information. No matter how insistent they may be, I do not put my family, the Tozjabr, or my people at risk.
8. If I need the extraction, I know what needs to be done. It is not dishonor. Failing can be reoriented. Revealing my secrets has no solution.
9. I will recognize my colleagues using the keys provided by the Chief of Operations. That is the only authorized way of communication.
10. Leaving the Tozjabr depends on my Chief of Operations. My Team Leader will inform him of the reasons. A broad service sheet may suffice. Other reasons may end in reeducation.

History & Background (Dossier)

The Tozjabr is relatively ‘young’, having been established during the period of tension that led up to the First Frontier War. Prior to the establishment of the institution, intelligence gathering activities and special operations had been handled by various military branches, diplomatic offices and assisted by the Tavrchedl'.
