Thalia is a high-population world with a billion or more sophonts in population size.
- The world serves as the subsector capital with the significant extra trade and prestige associated with that role.
- This is a "Puzzle" world designated as an Amber Zone. Caution is advised since the world has an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions that are not well understood and might be a danger to a visitor.
- It is a member of the Solomani Confederation in the Thalia Subsector of Ustral Quadrant Sector.
- This world has a nearby Naval Base, usually associated with military starships.
- This world has a nearby Military Base, usually associated with military ground forces.
- This world has colonies at:

Mainworld Data[edit]
Thalia has an Importance rating of 4 (Important).
- Importance Extension- 4
- (The Importance Extension (Ix) ranks worlds within a region. It governs the locations of capitals and trade routes. )
Mainworld Atmosphere[edit]
Thalia has a pressure of 0.71 to 1.49 atmospheres. A Standard Atmosphere does not require survival gear and will likely be easy for most sophonts to breathe.

History & Background / Dossier[edit]
In -404, a Human state known as the Suleimani Confederation was conquered by the aggressive Aslan Htiokh clan. The Confederation had stood as a bulwark against the Aslan for nearly 600 years and its fall left independent Human populations along the trailing edge of the Hierate concentrated around fortress worlds -- including Thalia.
Thalia would eventually become an important member world of the Solomani Confederation.
World Starport[edit]
Thalia has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
World Technology Level[edit]
Thalia possesses a Technology Level of TL–11 or TL-B in Hexadecimal Notation.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Holovision, Personal Global Communications, and advanced Translators.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Increasingly advanced fusion plants and advanced fuel cells.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land, Water & Air: Personal G-Tubes and advanced gravcraft.
- Space: Advanced interplanetary spacecraft (System Craft).
- FTL: Jump Drive-2.
World Government[edit]
Thalia is governed by a Charismatic Dictatorship. Charismatic governments justify their ability to rule by simply asserting their right to rule. Charismatic dictatorships are young governments, coming as a recent change and rely on the leader(s) to supply head of government.
The government is known officially as the Thalia Alliance.
