Expands the UWP Planetary Size code (e.g. B) into a text summary from Planetary Size/summary.
Parameters are:
- Name = Name of the world for starting the lead paragraph
- Size = one of the Planetary Size codes. These need to match the type and order in the Planetary Size/summary. Add new ones if required.
