A template to enter the trade summary descriptions into the Cargo tables.
Parameters are:
- code = Comma separated list of trade codes. eg: Ag,Ga,Ri
- description = Long description of these code combinations
- category = A category page to be included on world pages where this is used.
- notes = Any relevant notes about these codes.
