The Sector and Subsector lists on this wiki gave this system's name as "Wharapetana," but I can't find any backup for this. [[[Garnfellow]]]

I've never heard the name Wharapetana before. Nor is Whanga located at Spinward Marches 0205. It's not even located at Regina Subsector 0205. It's located at Spinward Marches 1806, which would be Regina 0206. Be that as it may, I'm moving it back to "Whanga (world)". Rancke 01:58, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

Because Whanga has two different, mutually exclusive, versions, both non-canonical, this basic page should have only canonical data (plus the links to the different versions). The description is from BtC, and (as I understand it) should be paraphrased, not copied directly. The dates are all non-canonical (and from different versions to boot). The one about the Archduke of Deneb giving Whanga to the Duke of Regina is not only non-canonical, it's contra-canonical, since there were no Archduke of Deneb in 1099.
