This page was used to sort data for compilation, rewriting, and blending of various data sources. Not all sources were compiled on this page.

A special thanks goes out to Thomas Jones-Low who wrote much of the data, compiled it, and added tremendously to the efforts. These pages could not have been created without his invaluable contributions.
