In MegaTraveller: Vilani and Vargr, there is a picture of Vargr meeting and trading with members of an unnamed minor race. These could be the Katl*'latl -- the illustrated aliens are rather piscine, easily accepted as semi-aquatic, they have fur on their backs, multi-jointed limbs, and wide-spaced eyes.
