I'm curious why the detail about the planet has been stripped out? BackworldTraveller (talk) 07:08, 26 August 2020 (EDT)

There are two thing being removed from the article for different, but related reasons. These reasons are my personal preferences and not to be taken as wiki policy. First are the headers with the "No Information yet available", and similar cut/paste elements. These are not useful and make the article harder to read and understand. The second is the WorldXXX Templates with their headers. Relatedly these are mostly cut/paste from the template article, and beyond the template generated text there isn't anything in the section. I've been looking at building a better UWP explainer and seeing how it would fit better into the world articles. All of these edits are to put more focus on the unique parts of the article, rather than including large block of generated text.

As I said this is a personal preference, not wiki policy. I've been using the worlds in Dagudashaag sector as working examples of minimal world articles. There is no plan to update the world articles in any other sector without further discussion. Tjoneslo (talk) 19:44, 26 August 2020 (EDT)
