This and other surrounding worlds could potentially be members of the Stormhaven Republic described in Chuck Kallenbach's 1991 Paranoia Press updates for this sector (TravellerMap). In the 1991 updates, the Stormhaven Republic was located where the I'Sred*Ni Protectorate is currently located, but was centered on the world of Stormhaven (which has now been moved back to its old 1981 version location). Note that the Stormhaven Republic was not part of the original 1981 Paranoia Press publication.

Note that Stormhaven is currently owned by Cahokia, and in the original 1981 Paranoia Press publication of The Beyond, Cahokia is the location of the fief and home of Senior Master Scout Sir Storm, Baron hault-Storm of Cahokia, OC, ODM of Delta Research.
