Primary name for this article[edit]
It has been pointed out that most of the alien species have their primary articles under the name they preferred to be called. For example, Bwap instead of Newts or K'kree instead of Centaurs. The Fteirle are an exception to this rule. So I'm thinking that the wiki, in the interest of being accurate rather than following canon, should move this article to "Fteirle", with redirects from the "Aslan". Discussion or objections? If the relevant articles are redirected here, it should be no problem; and consistency is usually for the best when organizing a wiki, so please go ahead and set up the "Fteirle" article, thanks. KevinHutchins (talk) 14:28, 28 May 2023 (EDT)
As the intended audience of the wiki is contemporary humans, who are in communion with material that has for almost half a century exclusively used 'Aslan' outside of a 'did you know...' context, I object. Patrick Morris Miller (talk) 14:45, 28 May 2023 (EDT)
