Sungos has the population located in one or more dwarf planets or planetesimals in a co-orbital position, an asteroid belt. The system has a population between 10,000 and 10 million, lacking the industrial base to be completely self-supporting. It is a Vargr dominated Non-Aligned world in the Piprninsh Subsector of Knoellighz Sector.

Description

Sungos (Knoellighz 0733) D000574-5 As Ni is a Failing (-3), near-Doomed, collection of seven planetoid belts around a primary solar body. Its fields are bisected by a captured white dwarf star that enforces a gap between the fourth and fifth belts. There is a D-rated Highport connected by a "sky elevator-anchor" to a large planetoid. However, safety features are insufficient as is necessary gear and supplies for the 700,000 belters using the space platform. After a few mishaps and 'accidents', the world applies for aid from the Infinity League and is approved for Colony (Government 6) status in 1110 to its saviour world, Zungosgzalloeksuz (Knoellighz 0833). This changes, at cost and clout, Sungos' UWP to D000464-8 as Tech Level is raised by increased logistics and support in return for the lion's share of mining spoils of the system. Despite the upgrades, Sungos is not truly annexed by the League and remains a mining outpost with hauls back to the polity in perpetuity.
