Starlance Publications is a small press publisher of Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror, and Gaming materials. Founded by John B. King it resides in Washington State. They also publish under the name Sovereign Seal Books.
Their only game publication is Pony Soldiers: Skirmish Rules for the Indian Wars & the Old West, for use with 15mm appropriate figures.
Their original contribution to Traveller was the Jumpspace Fanzine, published for 6 issues. Jumpsace was transformed into the Voyager magazine, addressing a wide array of games, which was published for 10 more issues.
Starlance ceased publishing books in 1998.
