Shuulikh is a water world with a breathable, habitable atmosphere. The population in the hundreds of thousands of sophonts, lacking the industrial base to be completely self-supporting. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Sapphyre Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Shuulikh, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estates of an Imperial knight and a baronet. Both are members of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world.
- During the Long Night this world was named Shuurlerdaguus.
Astrography and planetology
Shuulikh is almost entirely covered in oceans of liquid water. Thick icecaps, in some places over a kilometer deep, extend from the poles to the mid-latitudes. Although the sea is liquid around the equator, icebergs and pack ice are a constant hazard.

History and background
Historical records from the Second Imperium show this world was inhabited by Chirpers.
A small chirper population exists on the world. The live an isolated, nomadic existence on the permanent icecaps and shun outside contact. Little is know about how they survive in the harsh, freezing conditions.
Imperial High (Landed) Nobility
Shuulikh, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estates of two members of the Imperial Nobility, who are charged with overseeing the world.
World Starport
Shuulikh has a Class C Starport, an average quality installation which includes amenities including unrefined fuel for starships, some brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing maintenance and other kinds of repair. Ports of this classification generally have only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.
Port facilities are located on a large equatorial island, the only dry land on the world. Shuulikh's entire human population are port and startown workers and their dependents. Governmental duties are carried out by port administration personnel and policing is carried out by hired operatives.
