Shimmerstone is a type of stone, after having been exposed to the chemical oceans on Akimu (Dagudashaag 0106) gain a shimmering, iridescent quality that has made it popular as a building material. The iridescence gradually fades unless the rock is carefully prepared and the way the stone is 'fixed' is a closely guarded secret.
