Shibishlim is a high-population world with a billion or more sophonts in population size. This is a high technology world with available technology over the standards for Charted Space. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Khandi Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Shibishlim, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight and the fiefdom of a count. Both are members of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. This world has a nearby Imperial Naval Base, capable of handling warships. During the Long Night this world was named Shibishlim.

History and background

Shibishlim society is traditionally insular and reserved. Its citizens are content to go about their day to day business and let the swirling currents of Imperial history sort themselves out. Off-worlders are welcomed politely but without great warmth.

In contrast to these attitudes of benign disinterest, the government and media of Shibishlim loudly trumpet the subsector government is biased in favor of other systems, the aggressive trade policies of Khandi (Dagudashaag 2119) are harming Shibishlim's economy, and the Dagudashaag Gravball league is working to prevent its franchise — the Blokaders — from ever winning a championship.
