Description (Specifications)[edit]

The Shallows Subsector is defended by 50th Fleet.

Subsector Summary: 1105[edit]

Shallows, subsector E of Dagudashaag contains 40 worlds with an estimated population of 120 billion, a per capita income of Cr14,113, and a total economy is BCr1,693,632. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr7,768 through 38 starports (6 Class A, 10 Class B, 16 Class C, 6 Class D) employing 1,160,420 people. Driving this interstellar trade are six Agricultural (Ag) worlds, seven Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, three Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, eight Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, two Rich (Ri) worlds, and three Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Shallows maintain 15 Scout bases, eight Naval bases, and one Way station. The average technology level is 9 (with most between 7 and 12). The highest technology level is 15 at Upag (Dagudashaag 0111).

Shallows, subsector E of Dagudashaag contains 58 stars and 441 identified planets; 24 monostellar systems, 14 binary systems, two trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 29 of the 40 systems (72%) have native gas giants. There are one Asteroid (As) belt, two Desert (De) worlds, two Garden (Ga) worlds, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, eight Poor (Po) worlds, four Vacuum (Va) worlds, and three Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Shallows has an estimated population of 120 billion distributed across four High population (Hi) worlds, seven Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 18 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, seven Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Upag (Dagudashaag 0111). The population consists of 6 sophont groups including one native sophont.

The Third Imperium, Lancian Cultural Region has jurisdiction over all of the worlds with an estimated population of 120 billion, a per capita income of Cr14,113, and a total economy is BCr1,693,632. The Third Imperium, Lancian Cultural Region has an estimated population of 120 billion distributed across four High population (Hi) worlds, seven Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 18 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, seven Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Upag (Dagudashaag 0111). The population consists of 6 sophont groups including one native sophont.
