A derelict starship is encountered in orbit around a small, little visited, gas giant in the Keng (Spinward Marches 2405) system. Meta-history & Background (Dossier)[edit]

Shadows was used as the Traveller Tournament at WinterWar 1980

  • Annic Nova was rewritten from an original version that appeared in Issue 1 of The Journal of the Travellers' Aid Society. See the ship class entry Annic Nova for more information on the vessel.
  • As with all the Double Adventure books, the book has two front covers with the two adventures printed starting from each end of the book and therefore upside down relative to each other and each with their own page numbering.

Droyne Drama Saga[edit]

The following three adventures were designed to be used together as a complete adventure arc, although they need not be run in sequence.
Adventure Arc: Droyne Drama Saga

  1. Adventure 2 Research Station Gamma
  2. Double Adventure 1 Shadows/Annic Nova
  3. Adventure 3 Twilight's Peak (book)
