Sea Spider (Creature) Life Cycle & Reproduction
Sea spiders are Hermaphroditic and hugely prolific egg layers, capable of producing many thousands of eggs a year. While some species of Sea Spiders simply let the eggs go free, many collect eggs into a large egg sack, protected by the spiders silk.
Either form adds to the environmental damage done by these creatures.
Sea Spider (Creature) Diet & Trophics
Like a spider, the sea spider has a set of spinnerets capable of weaving a web underwater to catch small fish and other swimming life forms. Their strong and sticky webbing can quickly clog water intake and drainage systems.
