History & Background (Dossier)

The Rachele Society, a secret Vilani supremacist group, seized Imperial Interstellar Scout Service facilities on Saki in 1010. The Society's attempt at nuclear blackmail backfired when 26,000 people (including 1,900 Rachelean commandos) were killed by a subsequent nuclear explosion.
