History & Background (Dossier)

Before the Ziru Sirka, Reina was a part of the Ushkaq Sasutxi, the Dishaan Hegemony -- a small trade empire established using Vilani technology. The disorderly Dishaan were one of the first targets when the Vilani launched the Consolidation Wars -- Reina, like most of their colonial possessions, was stripped from them, the inhabitants deported back to Provalan.
