Regina Subsector is the hub of new development in the Spinward Marches Sector. Located at the very edge of the Imperium, it serves as a contact point with the Vargr to coreward and the Zhodani to spinward; the result is considerable trade activity through the Starports of the region.

All worlds in the Regina subsector are members of the Imperium with the technical exception of Ruie; however several important nations on Ruie have recently become members in their own right.

The Regina Subsector is defended by 213th Fleet. The fleet is headquartered at Efate Naval Base, with elements deployed at Efate, Regina and Pixie. In addition to border patrols, the fleet is responsible for the security of traffic on the ‘top end’ of the Spinward Main.
Prior to 1110, the Regina Subsector had been defended by the 193rd Fleet, with its headquarters at Regina.

The Regina Subsector is defended by the famous 213th Fleet which defended the Lunion Subsector and conquered the Sword Worlds in the Fifth Frontier War. The 213th headquarters are located at Efate (Spinward Marches 1705).
The Regina Frontier falls within Regency Quarantine District 2. RQD2 runs from Menorb (Spinward Marches 1803) to Enaaka (Deneb 0203) and has exclusive responsibility for the interface with the Vargr Splinters
