Regina Subsector is the hub of new development in the Spinward Marches Sector. Located at the very edge of the Imperium, it serves as a contact point with the Vargr to coreward and the Zhodani to spinward; the result is considerable trade activity through the Starports of the region.

Physical Astrography[edit]

All worlds in the Regina subsector are members of the Imperium with the technical exception of Ruie; however several important nations on Ruie have recently become members in their own right.

Politics and Diplomacy : Milieu 1116[edit]

The Regina Subsector is defended by 213th Fleet. The fleet is headquartered at Efate Naval Base, with elements deployed at Efate, Regina and Pixie. In addition to border patrols, the fleet is responsible for the security of traffic on the ‘top end’ of the Spinward Main.

Prior to 1110, the Regina Subsector had been defended by the 193rd Fleet, with its headquarters at Regina.

Regina, subsector C of Spinward Marches contains 32 worlds with an estimated population of 67 billion, a per capita income of Cr2,540, and a total economy is BCr171,178. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr1,774 through 24 starports (5 Class A, 6 Class B, 11 Class C, 2 Class D) employing 395,615 people. Driving this interstellar trade are three Agricultural (Ag) worlds, three Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, four Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, three Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, seven Rich (Ri) worlds, and four Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Regina maintain eight Scout bases, four Naval bases, and one Way station. The average technology level is 8 (with most between 5 and 11). The highest technology level is 13 at Efate (Spinward Marches 1705), Uakye (Spinward Marches 1805), Pixie (Spinward Marches 1903), and Boughene (Spinward Marches 1904).

Regina, subsector C of Spinward Marches contains 44 stars and 366 identified planets; 21 monostellar systems, ten binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 23 of the 32 systems (71%) have native gas giants. There are one Asteroid (As) belt, two Desert (De) worlds, two Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, two Poor (Po) worlds, three Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Regina has an estimated population of 67 billion distributed across seven High population (Hi) worlds, five Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 12 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, two Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Rethe (Spinward Marches 2408). The population consists of 7 sophont groups including four native sophonts.

7 identified sophont populations in Regina

Third Imperium, Domain of Deneb[edit]

The Third Imperium, Domain of Deneb has jurisdiction over 31 worlds with an estimated population of 60 billion, a per capita income of Cr2,602, and a total economy is BCr157,165. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr1,773 through 23 starports (5 Class A, 6 Class B, 10 Class C, 2 Class D) employing 395,195 people. Driving this interstellar trade are three Agricultural (Ag) worlds, three Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, four Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, three Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, seven Rich (Ri) worlds, and three Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Third Imperium, Domain of Deneb maintain eight Scout bases, four Naval bases, and one Way station. The average technology level is 8 (with most between 5 and 11). The highest technology level is 13 at Efate (Spinward Marches 1705), Uakye (Spinward Marches 1805), Pixie (Spinward Marches 1903), and Boughene (Spinward Marches 1904).

The Third Imperium, Domain of Deneb has an estimated population of 60 billion distributed across six High population (Hi) worlds, five Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 12 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, two Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Rethe (Spinward Marches 2408). The population consists of 6 sophont groups including three native sophonts.

Non-Aligned, Human-dominated[edit]

There are one Non-Aligned Human-dominated worlds in Regina with an estimated population of 7 billion.

Demographics[edit]

Significant populations of the following sophont races reside within this subsector:
