History & Background (Dossier)

Ralnn presents itself as a peacemaker and an advocate of trade, although it is often accused of supporting corsair bands -- some even suspect that it is the power behind the infamous Eli marauders. Despite calls for free trade and self-determination in the Tellerian Cluster, Ralnn has often been in conflict with its neighbours, especially Telleria, with an attack in 850 on the key system of Gyatsa the most severe incident. Even after two and a half centuries relations with the Colonnade Province remain strained over the extinction of the Chirper population on Gyatsa.

World Starport

Ralnn has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
