History & Background (Dossier)
The Grand Council of the Comsentient Alliance sits in assembly in the Great Hall on Rabanitis. The Great Hall measures 5.946 km in length by 3.675 km in width by 3.675 km in height, and contains environments suitable for each of the races holding either full or associate membership (or nominal representation) in the Alliance. The Assembly Chamber of the Grand Council is located in the exact center of the Great Hall, a sphere measuring 0.937 km in diameter. Individual cubicles within the chamber are adjusted to the environmental needs and preferences of specific sapient representatives. [2]
World Starport
Rabanitas has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
