Plaven is a low-population, tide-locked world located in Cronor Subsector of the Spinward Marches.

Other Data

Plaven is officially independent and part of the demilitarized zone between the Imperium and the Zhodani Consulate. Imperial patrols from Quar (Spinward Marches 0808). Vessels from the Zhodani Consular Navy occasionally sweep the system.

Plaven was settled by several groups at various times in an unorganized and informal manner. The various tiny colonies never reached the critical mass necessary to become stable and to grow, nor to pull in offworld trade.
