Starships are designed with the Classic Traveller format, using High Guard Shipyard v1.13 written by Andrea Vallance. |
The Pinq class Scout Cruiser is a scouting warship.
- It is a military ship and a Scout Cruiser.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
This partially streamlined cylindrical hull carries enough fuel for two consecutive jumps without refueling. Small to be a true cruiser, it is more of a destroyer leader. Moderate armor, agility and a decent weapons load are strengths of the design. There is a platoon of internal security specialists with assault capsules and a pair of gigs for dust off.
Basic Ship Characteristics[edit]
Following the Imperial Navy and IISS Universal Ship Profile and data, additional information is presented in the format shown here. The small craft factor indicates the number of squadrons (of ten craft) carried on the ship. Tonnage on the universal ship profile is shown in kilotons (thousands of tons) where necessary. [1]
