Starships are designed with the Classic Traveller format, using High Guard Shipyard v1.13 written by Andrea Vallance.

The Oumuamua class Light Cruiser is a light warship.

Description (Specifications)[edit]

Oumuamua class Light Cruisers carry 7,200 tons of fuel for a single Jump-3, and it deployed with Jump-3 drop tanks. They sacrifice to carry the meson spinal mounted gun and it costs the vessel its speed and agility. The ship is unique, it is a one of a kind.

They are unstreamlined and are incapable of effective wilderness refueling. The use of its Away Boats is enormously time consuming and dangerous. Tanker support would have been advisable. During peace time they simply go to the local starport to refuel, like commercial vessels. This is widely regarded as a strategic limitation to its prolonged deployment.

Basic Ship Characteristics[edit]

Following the Imperial Navy and IISS Universal Ship Profile and data, additional information is presented in the format shown here. The small craft factor indicates the number of squadrons (of ten craft) carried on the ship. Tonnage on the universal ship profile is shown in kilotons (thousands of tons) where necessary. [1]
