History & Background
Orret Subsector saw some early activity by humans, particularly within the Pador-Aredian Cluster, where refugees from the repressive Second Confederation found shelter. Following the establishment of the Third Confederation successor states began to emerge but their development was ended by the onset of the Dark Age. Almost all expansion and growth within the region is relatively modern, occuring following the end of the Dark Age and the rise of Development Organizations.
- A strong social divide exists between wealthy and aristocratic Fives, descended from the original settlers and crew of the Last Armada, and Gens, individuals whose ancestors were grown in GenPods and raised by Hoppers.
