History & Background (Dossier)
This design is akin to an Assault Cruiser. Earlier versions experimented with a drop tank dependent model with no internal jump fuel tankage. This reliance on drop tanks to jump was found to be unsuitable for strategic operations. The internal jump fuel meant that all the hull armor had to be removed.
