New Town subsector is a Solomani stronghold known for the presence of its associate state, the New Slavic Solidarity.

  • The subsector is also known as Kiang.

Description (Specifications)

New Town space is still a relatively new area of settlement for the Solomani, and greater Humaniti in general.

  • Settlement is sparse and hasn't grown to levels of great prosperity of high population yet. The wealthy economies, high levels of industrialization, and high technologies that accompany large populations simply haven't widely occurred yet.
  • This gives the subsector a frontier feel, a sort of Wild West environment of low law, high danger, and big opportunities.
  • The constant danger of Aslan Ihatei incursions makes life dangerous here, and everyone that can be armed, generally is. Many subsector inhabitants bear big grudges against the Aslan while others have made peace with the violent monoculturistic aspects of Aslan philosophy.
