New Libdis is a high-population, heavily-industrialized water world located in Kimson's Stand Subsector of Dark Nebula.

The system is a member of the Solomani Confederation and an administrative center for the subsector, directly controlling the nearby Bridgehead (Dark Nebula 3121) and Turnovo (Dark Nebula 3020) systems. New Libdis also hosts a Confederation military base.
