Navigator
Navigator is a professional vocation.
- A navigator is a member of a ship's crew
- An individual must be qualified (skilled) to perform the role.
- They may also be referred to as the Astro navigator or Astrogator.
Description (Specifications)
Each starship displacing greater than 200 Tons must have a navigator. The pilot of a small craft or non-starship can handle its navigation requirements.

An individual skill as a Navigator is rated by their Navigation Certificate:
- Level 1 (Qualified)
- Level 2 (Competent)
- Level 3 (Experienced / Expert)
- Level 4 or more (Master)
