- Its economy is bustling and an increase in living conditions is expected in the near future.
- It is a part of the Yimin Jiti in the Veesene Subsector of Halcyon Sector, which is part of the Distant Fringe.

Plessent-Narit System
The primary is Plessent, an ordinary orange main sequence star. It has a luminosity of 0.352 Sols, a mass of 0.774 Sols, and a diameter of 1.168 million km. The inner system consists of (I) a very thin atmosphere inner world, and (II) an exotic atmosphere stormworld. (III) Narit orbits within the habitable zone and is designated the mainworld. (IV) a thin atmosphere hospitable world, (V) a sparse stony planetoid belt, (VI) a large gas giant, (VII) a ringed large gas giant, (VIII) a dense atmosphere bigworld, (IX) a small gas giant, and (X) a vacuum iceworld form the outer system. Many of the worlds retain satellites.

(III) Narit is designated the mainworld. It orbits Plessent at a mean distance of 0.68 AU (101.7 million km), within the habitable zone. It has an orbital period of 232 days 19 hours and a rotation period of 61 hours. The axial tilt is 18 degrees. Narit has a diameter of 8,216 km, a density of 6.18 g/cm³, and a surface gravity of 0.72 G. The world is geologically active. Its atmosphere is rated as Standard, with a mean surface pressure of 0.88 bar and a composition of 79% nitrogen, 20% oxygen, and 1% argon, water vapour, carbon dioxide, neon and other trace gases. Approximately 43% of the surface is covered in seas of liquid water: average tidal ranges exceed 0.25m. Mean surface temperature: 23°C. The atmosphere is active and strong weather systems driven by the star and the seas sweep across the globe. The climate is seasonal.

There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
