Metabolics are a treatment for a wide spectrum of diseases that function by altering the metabolism of the patient. This enables the body to resist the disease thus reducing both the severity and duration of illness. Metabolics are always effective but extremely expensive and not always available, even on high tech worlds. Metabolics must be taken once per day of illness at Cr1,000 per injection.
