The Magash class Heavy Scout is a TL–15 Scout.
Description
This vessel is an advanced design with a streamlined hull and equipped with a Jump-5 drive system, this long range scout is found in ScoutRons and line squadrons throughout the Imperial Navy and ISS.
It is armed with fusion guns and missiles, it relies on a single battery of sand casters for defense.
It has a crew of 9.

History & Background
The jump 5 range is the whole point of this design and all other considerations were secondary in its design. The model 9 fib computer is shoehorned into this compact hull and its energy draw deprive the vessel of agility. The computer is linked to advanced sensor bays and a powerful suite of meson communication links to keep fleet communication secure.
