Starships are designed with the Classic Traveller format, using High Guard Shipyard v1.13 written by Andrea Vallance. |
- It is a military ship and a Monitor.
Description (Specifications)
The Arliliushruu class Light Cruiser is heavily armored for a light cruiser class at the expense of jump range. Equipped for jump 2 range and 6 G acceleration and agility. They carry a model 9 fib computer adjacent to the bridge.
For defense, there are seven batteries of triple sand caster batteries, four repulsor bays, excellent nuclear dampers and meson screens. There is thick hull armor on the partially streamlined close structure hull. It is equipped with fuel scoops and fuel purification for gas giant wilderness refueling. It can carry a pair of 30 ton ship's boats for ship to surface operations. For offense, there are seven batteries of triple beam laser turrets, seven missile bays and a spinal mounted particle accelerator.
The 420,000 cubic meter hull requires 44 months singly and 35 months in quantity for construction time. These hulls were involved in modernization refits and overhauls of an older TL–14 design.
Basic Ship Characteristics
Following the Imperial Navy and IISS Universal Ship Profile and data, additional information is presented in the format shown here. The small craft factor indicates the number of squadrons (of ten craft) carried on the ship. Tonnage on the universal ship profile is shown in kilotons (thousands of tons) where necessary. [1]
