It is a member of Third Imperium in the Sapphyre Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Luukha, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. During the Long Night this world was named Giark.

History and background

The world is one of the potential connections between the Dagudashaag Main and the Sylean Main. The founders of the colony were not impressed with the idea of turning the world into a giant way station for the transshipment of cargo and have always refused to upgrade the starport.
