Luiwaiwuah is an agricultural, nonindustrial world still lacking adequate means to expand its economy.
- As an agricultural world, this world is a near-ideal environment for producing quality foodstuffs of plant, animal, and other forms. Quality foodstuffs are a major export commodity for this world.
- It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world.
It is a Non-Aligned world located in the Farift Subsector of Reaver's Deep Sector.
- Nearly 100% of the population is composed of Tlyetrai.
- Less than 10% of the population is composed of baseline humans and other non-human sophonts.
- This world was colonized by and is controlled from Hoa (world).

History & Background (Dossier)
In -75 the Tlyetrai of Hoa launched two sub-light colony craft to Luiwaiwuah and Turin. Both were successful in establishing colonies. All contact between the colonies and the homeworld was subsequently lost.
In 1084 Hoa acquired a jump-capable starship and proceeded to conquer their colony on Luiwaiwuah in 1086. This proved relatively easy as Luiwaiwuah has a much smaller population and lesser technology level than the homeworld. It is through possession of this lone ship that Hoa holds the Tlyetrai Assembly together.
The future of the Assembly is in doubt as the starship is beginning to break down.
Luiwaiwuah is also exploited by Dakaar Minerals, but is only visited every 2 or 3 months. The colony is, however, a preferred Dakaar Minerals retirement world.
World Starport (Sp)
Luiwaiwuah has a Class C Starport, an average quality installation which includes amenities including unrefined fuel for starships, some brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing maintenance and other kinds of repair. Ports of this classification generally have only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.
World Government (G)
Luiwaiwuah has a Captive Government or Colony. The world is ruled by an external government, there is no self-rule. A colony or conquered area. The local government is an oligarchy appointed by, and answerable only to, the external government.
