The Langemarck Coalition has access to several advanced technology shipyards, up to TL–14, but the industrial population base of most of their worlds is too low to support massive ship building and/or maintenance of the same. Some of the more primitive planets have boat yards with higher populations. This allows them to produce more volume, if not the advanced designs.
