Starships are designed with the Classic Traveller format, using High Guard Shipyard v1.13 written by Andrea Vallance. |
The Lakr class Corvette is a light warship.
- It is a military ship and a Corvette.
Description (Specifications)
Serving with the Zhodani Navy this design is equipped with ten turrets and armed with a triple sand caster, two triple beam laser turrets, a dual fusion gun turret, four particle accelerator barbettes, and a pair of triple missile turrets, this streamlined cone hull packs some decent firepower without much thought for defense. It has jump 4 and 6G's acceleration, but the load of energy weapons and the massive Model/8 fib ship computer reduce its agility.
