It is a member of Julian Protectorate in the Flange Subsector of Empty Quarter Sector and in the Hegemony of Lorean. Kulloerr does not have the presence of Imperial Nobility. 100% of the world's population is the Major Race Vargr.

• This system is named after a rather egocentric Vargr pirate in c.290 Imperial. Beforehand, it was called Lallellrerrarr.

History and Background

A small wet world, Kulloerr is not well disposed to the Hegemony of Lorean. Political disagreements between various leaders of the world governments of Kulloerr and the administration of the Hegemony Communications Service has left this well populated and technologically advanced world outside the normal communication routes. In response, Kulloerr’s most powerful governments do not hold the Hegemony in high regard, but considers the protection of the Star Legion granted by membership to currently be worth maintaining limited, if somewhat strained, formal ties with the interstellar polity.
